Available to current K-12 teachers and administrators, higher education faculty and staff, instructional coaches, and education professionals, as well as former education professionals who have left the classroom.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Session contract will be emailed to client prior to booking first session.

• The Client may terminate the Contract at any time prior to the Engagement.

• If the Client terminates before the start of the Engagement, Focus Forward Prep will issue a refund of all funds paid, less a seven percent (7%) administrative fee.

• Failure to provide at least forty‑eight (48) hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling shall result in the session being counted as completed.

• Focus Forward Prep may terminate contract for non‑payment no earlier than one (1) calendar month after the non‑payment event.
